    I actually like lifting cause you feel it the next day. That and it doesn’t give me those evil stitches in my side or shin splints.

    It’s kinda nice to hurt a little the next day…then you know you did something. I don’t like to hurt TOO MUCH though. There is a line and I do not like to cross it.

    As sore as I was right after the work out, the next day, I felt really good. I like the strength training, too. I can really see the results from it and I love that.

    Right after that work out, I couldn’t raise my arms over my head because my shoulders hurt so much. But the next day, most of the pain was gone, which was good. I’m not big on pain.
